You are efficientless without any connection with people around you. Indeed the larger your group is the stronger you are and the stronger the others are. In the same way, exange of information is the beginning of all knowledge and upbringing. Exange of information permits to the expeditor to check his knowledge, and the receiver can learn a new thing. You cannot grow up without any help. That is why effective communication is so important. That is why it is so annoying to be dumb or deaf, due to the impossibility to create any link with others.
It explains also why accents of a same language can be so different, depending of the area in which you are. Indeed we repeat what we have learnt, what we have known. That is why Singaporeans, Americans, or English have such different accent.
An inefficient communication is a disaster because it creates road stop which stands in the way of your goal-Both personally and professionally.
